Step 1: Getting in touch

Your journey with PrivateSpace Psychotherapy begins with a simple initial contact method of your choice. Whether by phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or via the contact form – I am available and ready to help you. During this initial contact, you will have the opportunity to get to know me, briefly describe your concerns, and ask me your questions. This introductory conversation is free of charge. Afterwards, you can consider whether you can imagine working with me. If so, let me know and we will promptly arrange an initial session, followed by up to 5 trial sessions @50 minutes, in which I can deepen my understanding of your individual needs and concerns.
Step 2: Personal consultation
Personalized guidance for individual challenges.
In the following 50-minute trial session (link to costs and payment terms) my greatest concern is to gain a truly good understanding of you and the issues you are experiencing. Here, you will have the opportunity to go into more depth and describe your concerns, as well as your current challenges and symptoms. PrivateSpace Psychotherapy places great importance on supporting you as effectively as possible from the very beginning. If, after this trial session, you would like to continue with further trial sessions, we can gladly arrange them. I will be happy to support you further.
Step 3: Treatment planning
Your personal plan for mental strength.
In the following trial sessions, I get to know you better and develop a deeper understanding of you and your needs and wishes, so that we can create a tailored treatment plan together. The expected number of therapy sessions can be discussed. Ultimately, however, you decide how often and at what frequency you would like to attend sessions. PrivateSpace Psychotherapy ensures that every plan is individualized and effective .
Step 4: Initial appointment
Where change and healing begin.
After the trial sessions, we can then begin the therapy sessions. PrivateSpace Psychotherapy is your safe space where healing and change begin. I create a trusting environment in which you can open up and grow. You already carry the solution within you; together, we will find it.

Are you wondering what the costs for your psychotherapy at PrivateSpace look like? We offer transparent pricing based on the German Fee Schedule for Psychotherapists (GOP), which can also be adjusted according to your income.
Private insurance & aid: What you need to know
Depending on your insurance policy, private health insurance and aid may cover the costs in full or in part. Online sessions are generally treated the same way as in-person appointments. For the first five sessions, referred to as trial sessions, no prior application or approval is required. From the sixth session onward, we are happy to support you with the application process for your private health insurance provider.
Statutory insurance holders: Your options
Bitte beachten Sie, dass gesetzliche Krankenkassen die Kosten für Sitzungen bei privaten psychotherapeutischen Praxen nur in Ausnahmefällen genehmigen, Stichwort „Kostenerstattungsverfahren“. Leider ist online Therapie bei den gesetzlichen Krankenkassen noch nicht gestattet. Sie können jedoch gerne als Selbstzahler meine Dienste in Anspruch nehmen.
Unfortunately, the costs of therapy sessions in private practices are not covered by statutory health insurance. However, you are welcome to book an appointment as a self-paying client. My practice does not work with the reimbursement procedure.
Coaching services: Flexible terms
The costs for coaching are determined individually and are tax-deductible if they arise in a professional context. Please note that in this case, the health insurance provider is not involved.
